After that, Wei Yern completed her pupillage in Amin-Tan & Co whereby she was pre-dominantly trained in the conveyancing department whilst being exposed to some litigation matters as well. She was called to the Malaysia Bar in November 2019 and joined Teoh & Teoh as a Legal Associate in early 2020.

As her keen interest lies in property related matters, she is tasked to oversee conveyancing matters in Teoh & Teoh and her portfolio of conveyancing work includes sale and purchase agreements for both sub-sale and developer projects, attending to loan documentation and charge documents for various banks, lease agreements, tenancy agreements and all advisory work relating to property matters.

She also assists the partner, Mr Teoh Cheng Tun in drafting commercial contracts, trademark applications, probate matters and will writing.
