She then joined Teoh & Teoh as Senior Legal Associate in January 2018 and has been handling real estate matters since joining the firm.
Her portfolio includes general conveyancing and advisory work in real estate transactions, acquisition and divestment of properties, corporate and consumer loans, advising on issues in relation to property matters, and advising on property development projects, leases and tenancies. She also assisted partners in court civil litigation, including but not limited to Family Law, Probate, Letters of Administration and Small Estate Distribution matters.
On a professional level, her primary focus lies with understanding clients’ root problems and becoming their one stop solution provider in the most efficient and pragmatic manner. Real victory is achieved when the needs and interests of her clients are met.
