Teoh Cheng Tun was called to the Malaysian Bar in January 2000. Over the years, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in conveyancing & real estate, banking, corporate & commercial, and intellectual property related matters.
He has handled and advised on many complicated and high value property related transactions as well as corporate commercial related matters such as joint ventures, shares acquisition, due diligence exercises, franchising/licensing arrangements and various other commercial agreements.
He started his career as a pupil and legal associate in Zaid Ibrahim & Co in 1999 where he spent approximately 2 years. Thereafter, he moved on to Rating Agency Malaysia Berhad in 2001 where he was involved in credit rating analysis of businesses, corporate documents and financial statements of conglomerates and companies from diverse industries.
He then joined AB Teoh & Co. in 2004 as a partner where he was predominantly involved in conveyancing, banking and commercial matters.
He left AB Teoh & Co. in early 2013 and started Teoh & Teoh as the founding Partner on 1st March 2013.
