Joe specializes in employment and human resources matters and he also advises issues relating to property, banking and commercial matters. Joe oversees the litigation department in Teoh & Teoh and has since been actively engaged in civil litigation matters relating to debt recovery, family law, probate and infringement of trademark. He is especially experienced and focused in HR/employment law/industrial relations matters and has advised in matters relating to domestic inquiry procedures, dismissal/termination from service, retrenchment exercises and voluntary separation schemes.
